Solomon Schechter Day School of Albuquerque is centrally located on Wyoming between Academy and Spain, on the Jewish Community Center Campus. The 12,000 sq. ft. school building was erected in 2000 and features a bright, skylight lit, Jewish star-shaped library, 8 spacious classrooms, a lunchroom/multi-purpose space, and offices. The school has a mobile computer lab that easily moves a set of new MacBook Pros from classroom to classroom, art room, and science lab. The grounds of the school include a playground, basketball court, large grass playing field, garden and greenhouse. SSDS students use the state-of-the-art sports facilities at the Jewish Community Center including a gym, running track, and outdoor swimming pool (weather permitting) for their P.E. classes.
 
Families of students at Solomon Schechter enjoy the convenience of many services offered on the JCC campus including a Family Enrichment Center with full-time pre-school for infants through pre-K, the Jewish Community Center which has exercise equipment and classes, indoor running track, drop-in short-term childcare, swimming pool, teen and adult lounges, cultural programming, classes for children, teens and adults, and a deli to sit and meet with friends. The Jewish Family Service, Jewish Federation, Shalom House (senior low income housing) and Jewish Link newspaper are also located on the campus.
